Construction Estimator

Overview: Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with an Erlanger, KY client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Construction Estimator position. Our client is a design/build firm that established itself as a reliable construction partner generations ago and has maintained that reputation since. They are looking for candidates that will reliably oversee all field operations from the onset of the project to the hand-off. This new opportunity offers: Strong compensation package Excellent benefits Personal days Paid Holidays 401k Bonus opportunity Primary responsibilities of the job include: Provide accurate cost estimates, schedules, and take offs Meet with clients to determine their needs and provide accurate information Develop risk assessments A successful candidate will possess the following: Ability to oversee jobs with strong leadership skills and attention to detail At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial construction Demonstrated ability to use accounting principles to ensure accurate project estimates and schedules Salary Range: $90-125K
