Site Details 25-bed Critical Access Hospital 5 ED beds 19k annual ED volume EMR: Ochsner EPIC Special services available: CT, ICU, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound Required Qualifications BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (EM) preferred BC/BE in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) considered; FM/IM must have ACLS, ATLS, and PALS Active Louisiana (LA) medical license (IMLC not accepted) Active board certification documentation in hand (official board verification or certificate) Active DEA with a Louisiana address in hand (must reflect the LA location/address to be accepted) Louisiana controlled substance registration (CSR/CDS/BNDD) if required Credentialing/Onboarding Items (must be provided) Updated CV Official state license verification for LA (or copy of license) Official board certification verification (or copy of board cert) DEA certificate showing LA address CSR/CDS/BNDD documentation if applicable Any red-flag documentation if needed based on provider history Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage Weekly electronic pay Refer & earn program How to Apply: Email CV to Call us at Ready to take your career to the next level?
