Our client, a higher education institute in Boston, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their admissions team for a 3-month assignment. This onsite role has full time hours Monday-Friday and is compensating up to $37/hour. The position focuses on admissions coordination, student services support, and administrative operations within a fast-paced, collaborative educational environment. Job Responsibilities Manage the application review and recruitment process for designated programs Verify completeness of application materials and follow up with applicants as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for pre-admitted students, addressing application and program inquiries Utilize databases to organize and distribute application materials for faculty and leadership review Create and maintain shared tracking systems and applicant databases Participate in admissions- and program-related projects and meetings Collaborate with faculty, marketing, education, and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions workflows Candidate Qualifications Three or more years of related experience in office administration or business environment (education beyond high school may count toward experience) Experience in admissions or student services highly preferred High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience managing complex, deadline-driven processes in a technology-based environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, student databases, and data tracking tools Strong analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively while managing a demanding workload Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
