We are hiring a personable, reliable, and coachable professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Raleigh area.
This is not just a photography role. This position represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents and homeowners, capture listing media, and deliver a smooth, professional, and customer-focused experience at every appointment.

No prior professional photography experience is required. We prioritize personality, communication skills, and reliability over technical background.
Schedule & Availability
- Monday-Friday availability needed
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Morning and daytime availability preferred
- Work occurs during standard business hours (9am-5pm, slightly longer in the summer months)
- Flexibility and reliability are essential
What You'll Do
- Travel to residential properties for scheduled appointments
- Capture interior and exterior listing media (photos and basic video, including drone when applicable)
- Interact professionally with clients, including agents and homeowners
- Follow structured processes and guidelines for each shoot
- Upload media after each appointment (no editing required)
- Deliver a friendly, customer-first experience at every job
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Paid training at a fixed rate of $15/hour
- Standard photoshoots (including drone): starting at $25 per unit (each unit = 60 minutes of on-site time)
- Video work and additional services vary based on project scope
- Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.30 per mile

Requirements
- iPhone 15 Pro or newer needed (or willingness to upgrade)
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Access to a computer
- Dependable personal transportation and comfortable driving for a large part of the day-to-day
