Poly Trucking is headquartered in Grand Prairie, TX. We are a long and short-haul domestic carrier. Our fleet is comprised of late model, company-owned trucks. - Average Annual Pay: $70,000 - $90,000. Highest earners exceeding $90,000
- No forced dispatch. Earning ability is directly linked to driver flexibility and willingness to accept loads
- Base 70 CPM with an average of 2,500-2,800 miles weekly
- Stop pay: $30
- $100 for layover, holdover (at facility waiting for a load), and breakdown
- Referral Bonus: $1,000 for each driver that stays for at least 30 days
- Monthly Reimbursements:
- $25 cleaning supplies
- $50 for cell phone
- Up to $35 a night for parking

- Late model Peterbilt and International Sleeper Tractors and 53 ft dry van trailers
- Automatic
- Drivers have flexibility to outfit their own cab interior
- Governed speed: 68 mph Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 6 months
- No DUI/DWIs
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
