We're hiring a Bilingual Recruiter / HR Specialist to focus on supporting and growing our Spanish-speaking workforce while improving recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting great people with great opportunities, while also ensuring employees feel supported, informed, and valued.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing recruitment efforts with a focus on Spanish-speaking candidates
- Posting bilingual job ads, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
- Supporting a smooth and efficient hiring and onboarding process
- Conducting new hire orientations in both English and Spanish
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Serving as a go-to HR contact for employees, providing clear bilingual support
- Assisting with employee relations matters and helping resolve concerns professionally
- Collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and improve hiring outcomes
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives that improve employee experience
- Providing consistent communication and feedback channels between employees and leadership
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is people-focused, highly organized, and confident working across both recruitment and employee relations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and/or employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal fluency required)
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus (not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems (HRIS experience a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license required if travel is needed for site visits or recruitment events
What We Offer

- Pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience
- Placement bonuses for successful hires retained for 90 days
- Earn $500-$1,500 per candidate placed (depending on role type)
