ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Manny Coby - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional as a Life Insurance Specialist in our agency. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit customers and their families. Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the necessary support and reassurance.
As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to the community, we are excited to expand our successful agency with your skillset. This role offers a competitive base salary of $80,000, with the potential for an end-of-year bonus and commissions on top of the base pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct life insurance sales conversations to meet required sales goals.
- Proactively generate new leads and increase life insurance sales within the agency.
- Assist customers with life insurance applications and claims.
- Provide customers with information on life insurance plans and options.
- Maintain compliance with life insurance regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must currently hold an active Life/Health insurance license, Property/Casualty license a plus.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in life insurance sales preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base Salary of $80,000 per year (expected earnings with commission up to $120,000)
- Potential end-of-year bonus based on performance
- Commissions available on top of base salary
- Health insurance available after 3 months of employment
- 401(k) plan eligibility after one year of employment
