Lawn & Garden Associate (Greenhouse)Koopman Lumber - Uxbridge, MAFull-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal (April-June)Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour (Based on experience and required licenses)About the RoleWe are seeking a friendly and reliable Lawn & Garden Associate to support our greenhouse and outdoor sales area. This role focuses on plant care, stocking, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, helping customers, and learning about plants and garden products. Strong seasonal performers may have the opportunity to transition into a year-round, full-time position.Best-in-class customer service is the number one objective.What You'll DoProvide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with plant selection, care guidance, and product recommendations Maintain and care for live plants, including watering, inspecting for quality, and identifying pests or disease Stock and organize products in the greenhouse and Lawn & Garden areas Unload and receive incoming shipments, following proper procedures Ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing Stay informed on products, pricing, and seasonal promotions Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles Support a positive, team-oriented work environment ScheduleFull-time, part-time, or seasonal (April-June) Flexible schedule Saturday availability required, with a day off during the week Compensation & BenefitsPay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience Opportunity for growth into a year-round, full-time position Supportive, team-oriented environment How to ApplyApply online at: contact:Benjamin Doyle-Pita, Recruiting Lumber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
