Keep up with the latest sales trends to continuously improve knowledge and skills. Your Qualifications as a Sales Development Associate: Sales and Customer-facing background preferred but not required. At least high school graduate equivalent or higher. Ability to build rapport and connect with clients, Negotiation skills, Communication skills.
