Position Details:
- Full-time pediatric outpatient role within an integrated primary care environment
- Flexible scheduling: 4x10s (most common) or 5x8s
- Manage a structured caseload with 79 patients per day and built-in admin time
- Work alongside a collaborative team including PT, SLPs, and therapy assistants
- Opportunity to supervise OT assistants and play a key role in program development
- Patient population primarily ages 25, with focus on developmental delays and autism spectrum

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary structure: $90K$106K+ based on experience

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- NBCOT certification
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Preferred: 2+ years pediatric experience (developmental, sensory, fine motor)
- Comfortable working in a team-based, underserved/community health setting
