Job Summary: ACET is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter Specialist specializing in DoD Aerospace programs to support high-impact aviation contracts across CONUS and OCONUS locations. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for skilled aviation professionals. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in defense contracting recruitment and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (Recruiting Management module), enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable hiring operations.
