Position: Real Estate Administrator
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay: $60,000 to $70,000/year
Type: Full-time; Direct-Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Greene Resources is seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support a fast-paced real estate brokerage. This individual will play a key role in ensuring transaction compliance, maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, and supporting brokers with day-to-day operations. Job Description:
Transaction & Compliance
- Ensure all transactions meet NC Real Estate Commission requirements
- Prepare and review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Track key dates, deadlines, and required disclosures
- Liaise with attorneys and brokers on contract language and documentation
Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in RealCore, ensuring all deals are captured
- Monitor listings, expirations, renewals, and commission requests
- Provide reporting on pipeline activity, agent production, and commission payouts
- Track agent performance against individual and company goals
Broker Support & Training
- Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and support day-to-day needs
- Train and onboard new agents on systems, forms, and processes
- Provide ongoing guidance to ensure adoption of tools and compliance standards
Meetings & Operations
- Coordinate weekly broker meetings, including training topics and speakers
- Support one-on-one meetings by preparing pipeline updates and identifying gaps
- Maintain CRM and ensure data integrity across systems
- Assist with additional administrative and operational needs as required
What Success Looks Like:
- All transactions are accurate, compliant, and completed on time
- Pipeline reporting is consistently up to date with no missing deals
- Brokers are engaged, informed, and effectively utilizing systems and processes
- Commission payouts and production reporting are accurate and timely
- Training needs are proactively identified and addressed
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Real estate or brokerage operations experience preferred
- NC Brokers License a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (RealCore experience a plus)
