Director of Development, College of Public Affairs & Policy and School of Criminal Justice

UAlbany seeks an enterprising fundraising professional to strengthen philanthropic support for the University, with a special emphasis on securing gifts to Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy and the School of Criminal Justice. The Director of Development will cultivate, solicit, and steward donors capable of making gifts of $100,000 and higher and deepen alumni and donors' connection with UAlbany's current priorities. The director will be responsible for engaging alumni and friends and designing and executing solicitations that secure support for the highest strategic priorities of the University, Rockefeller College, and the School of Criminal Justice. The director will collaborate with campus partners, in particular the Dean of Rockefeller College and the Senior Executive Director of the School of Criminal Justice, and develop coordinated strategies aimed at maximizing the engagement of a portfolio consisting of approximately 100 prospects.
