• Types of Cases: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
• Credentialing: 30 days

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: OH, will consider IMLC
