What You'll Do
Banquet Servers:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service during events
- Set up and break down banquet spaces, including tables, linens, and décor
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless event experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
Bartenders:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Deliver a welcoming and engaging bar experience for guests
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
- Follow all alcohol service laws and club policies
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events
What You Bring
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bartending experience preferred (for bartender roles)
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule Expectations
This role requires availability on weekends and key holidays, including:
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
(Holiday shifts will be rotated among team members.)
