OBGYN Physician

AMN Healthcare is partnering with Trinity Health of New England to recruit a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join an established, well-supported practice in Waterbury, Connecticut. This employed position offers the stability of a mission-driven health system paired with the autonomy to build a long-term practice. You will work alongside experienced physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers, supported by modern technology and strong operational infrastructure. With inpatient laborist coverage, flexible scheduling options, and access to advanced surgical resources, this opportunity is designed to support both professional fulfillment and life outside of work.

Established OBGYN practice serving a growing patient population
Flexible scheduling, including 4-day workweek options
Inpatient laborist model provides 24/7 coverage
Level II Nursery with approximately 800 deliveries annually
Access to three da Vinci robotic systems
Onsite maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology
Clinic volumes average 20-22 patients per day
