Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call coverage: Weeknight call and 24hr weekend call.
EMR: Meditech and epic
Support Staff: NP and office admin staff

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician for inpatient hospital coverage in Maryville, IL. The role includes weekday clinical hours call coverage. Providers must offer consistent monthly availability and have experience with inpatient rounding and ED consults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient rounding on adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide ED consults as needed
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call (including morning rounds)
• Collaborate with NP and administrative support staff
• Document care using Meditech and EPIC EMR systems
• Inpatient rounding and ED consults
