Qualifications
Be committed to the Catholic mission and identity of St. Augustine School
Have strong content knowledge, instructional and classroom management skills
Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, organization and planning
Design, plan and implement learning strategies and assessments
Display a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
Develop the ability to utilize data to differentiate instruction
Guide students in their social-emotional development, maintaining expectations and support for positive and productive student behavior
Communicate with families about student progress
Work collaboratively with colleagues, principal and pastor
Perform other responsibilities as designated by the principal or pastor
Bachelor's Degree required
Rhode Island Teaching Certification preferred
Relevant Prior Experience preferred
