Occupational Therapist - HH needed asapRadius rule: Travelers permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit1 year Home HealthBLS; NC State License Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if seasoned to home health Will mostly cover Northern Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Morrisville, SalsburyADL training, AIDL training, endurance training, assessing need for and providing education on adaptive equipment, create plan of care to get patients to highest level of functioning in the most efficient way, good communication with clinical team, recognizing signs and symptoms to prevent readmissionsHCHB experience required for all specialtiesEPIC Rover view onlyFocura - will upload discharge instructions and other important docs such as wound picturesSamsung note 9 phonesHCHB Homecare Homebase requiredScrub Color: Grey
