Position Overview We are seeking two Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a growing anesthesia team in Lima, OH. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a well-equipped hospital environment offering CRNA autonomy, strong anesthesiologist support, and advanced anesthesia technology.
Schedule & Practice Details
- Start time: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Flexible end time based on hours worked
- 8- or 10-hour shifts preferred (12s possible)
- Weekends as needed
- All services performed on-site at the hospital
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
Clinical Environment
- 8 CRNAs + 1 MD currently on staff
- Level II Trauma Center
- Annual ER volume: 28,000
- 12 total ORs:
- 7 Main ORs
- 2 Endoscopy Suites
- 2 Open Heart Suites
- 1 OB OR
- Case mix includes:
- General, MAC, TIVA
- Pre-op, inductions, emergences, nerve blocks (performed independently)
- No neonatal surgeries, bariatrics, or transplants
- Average workload:
- 2 3 surgical cases per CRNA/day
- OR cases per day (total)
- Robust block program with dedicated anesthesia RNs & techs
- EMR: Meditech
- Anesthesia EMR: Spectrum
- Modern, up-to-date equipment
- Supportive supervision encouraging CRNA independence
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified CRNA (AANA) by start date
- Ohio CRNA license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA must be obtained prior to start
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (by start date)
- NRP highly preferred
- Minimum 3+ years CRNA experience preferred
- NPDB Self-Query Report (within last 30 days)
- No visa sponsorship
- New graduates welcome
