Competitive Salary 100% Paid Benefits 401K Bonus Potential Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Construction team in the Engineering industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile construction projects, manage diverse teams and provide strategic direction in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly within the K-12 school sector, and will be adept at using advanced project management tools and methodologies. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Senior Project Manager, you will: 1. Lead and manage complex infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. 2. Develop and implement project plans, manage project resources, and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. 3. Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies to optimize project design and performance. 4. Ensure all projects comply with Designated Substances and Asbestos (DSA) regulations and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles. 5. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and local authorities, to ensure clear communication, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships. 6. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status reports to senior management. 7. Foster an environment of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing best practices in construction management. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 12 years' experience in a project management role within the engineering or construction industry, with a strong focus on infrastructure construction. 3. Proven experience managing K-12 school construction projects. 4. Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies. 5. Knowledge of Designated Substances and Asbestos (DSA) regulations and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 9. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification would be an asset.
