AMN Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established, high-volume cardiothoracic surgery program in Central Texas. This opportunity offers immediate access to a strong referral network, advanced surgical technology, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-spectrum cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery
• Balanced mix of cardiac and thoracic cases
• Shared call schedule (1:3)
• Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery and Hybrid OR
• High-volume cardiac surgery program with established referrals
• Multidisciplinary support including cardiology, pulmonology, vascular surgery, and radiology
• Dedicated Nodule Clinic
• Opportunity for program growth, leadership, and clinical impact

Candidate Parameters

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Strong clinical skills with a team-oriented approach
• Interest in both cardiac and thoracic surgery
• Open to both experienced surgeons and new graduates
