Logan Legacy Group, a sales and business consulting firm, is hiring an Account Representative in Grand Rapids to help customers complete their AT&T Fiber enrollment. The Account Representative will also conduct enrollment consultations, resolve questions about plan options, and close sales on upgrades when needed. As an Account Representative, you will receive professional enrollment and sales training to explain how AT&T Fiber Internet provides strong, reliable Wi-Fi in every corner of the home. The Account Representative will then engage with customers to determine their coverage needs, recommend the best Fiber plan, and facilitate enrollments. Core Functions of the Account Representative Lead AT&T Fiber Internet enrollment efforts by helping customers understand available plans and select the best option for their needs. Assess household connectivity requirements and recommend Fiber solutions that improve speed, reliability, and overall experience. Deliver clear, professional explanations of AT&T Fiber benefits to support informed and timely enrollment decisions. Ensure all enrollment processes are completed accurately, maintaining efficiency and a high standard of sales and service. Build strong relationships with prospective customers through consistent communication and support throughout the sales enrollment process. Conduct post-activation follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and identify opportunities for service enhancements or upgrades. Education & Experience Needed for the Account Representative High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in enrollment or sales is a bonus. Preferred Skills for the Account Representative Basic understanding of residential internet and common customer usage needs. Willingness to learn and promote AT&T Fiber Internet plans and promotions. Problem-solving skills to overcome enrollment barriers and close sales. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving enrollment and sales goals.
