They are looking for a locum who can confirm: -Oversight of a NP -Willing and interested in enrolling patients in research studies
-Call coverage
Coverage Dates: weekly M-F
May 4-8
June 1-5
Practice Setting: Inpatient mostly, some Outpatient coverage for physician vacation
Reason for Coverage: The physician left the practice, relocating Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Number of Physicians in Practice: 2 Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL: 12-15 Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
- Active VA License - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Clean background is required for temps, must submit NPDB during name clears - REQUIRED
- A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
