What you'll Do as a Strategic Client Associate As a Strategic Client Associate you will Attend to queries from clients whilst maintaining high level of customer service As a Strategic Client Associate you will ensure all client interactions are authentic and professional, building on our company values and brand. As a Strategic Client Associate you will develop excellent knowledge of our offerings and deal with client queries confidently. Provide excellent solutions and deliver on promise of excellent customer service As a Strategic Client Associate you will escalate unresolved client queries to relevant senior personnel Track and evaluate effectiveness of CRM processes and provide recommendations to improve customer service excellence As a Strategic Client Associate you will develop proactive initiatives that improve the clients business and efficiencies.
