• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, no call, no weekends
• Job Setting: Clinic schedule only
• Types of Cases: General Urology
• Procedures:Cystoscopy, urethral dilations, pelvic exams, prostate exams, prostate biopsy

• Board Certified Urology
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Licensure: Active Illinois license required
