Why join us? 401K Match PTO Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Parental Leave Disability Insurance Job Details Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, estate administration, and probate matters. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments. Represent clients in probate and surrogate court, handling estate administration, and trust termination. Collaborate with tax professionals to develop tax-efficient estate plans. Provide legal advice to trustees and beneficiaries regarding trust interpretation, administration, and disputes. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect estate planning and probate law. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required. Must possess a license to practice law in the state. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney. Proven experience in estate administration. Excellent knowledge of trust and estate law, probate procedures, and tax implications of estate planning. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
