Job Details About the Role: Reporting to the Regional Controller, this role will lead all financial operations at the site level. The Controller will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and partnering with plant leadership to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee AP/AR, cash management, and treasury activities Manage inventory accounting, controls, reconciliations, and cycle counts Administer fixed asset accounting, including capital project tracking Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements Partner with plant leadership to develop KPIs and drive operational improvements Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare financial and operational reports for senior leadership Support ERP systems and related process improvements Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team Qualifications: Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ability to analyze data, assess risk, and provide actionable insights Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive approach ERP experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
