Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year A bit about us: We are working with a growing manufacturing and assembly company in the Amarillo area that is looking to bring on a strong Controller to lead their accounting and financial operations across multiple sites. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Director of Finance, with visibility across operations and the opportunity to influence business performance. Why join us? Key leadership position with direct impact on business performance Strong visibility with executive leadership Opportunity to build and improve processes across multiple sites Stable, growing environment Relocation assistance available if needed Job Details Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close Drive cost accounting processes including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives Partner closely with plant leadership to analyze performance, margins, and operational efficiencies Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and internal controls Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Evaluate capital expenditures and support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements Optimize ERP systems and improve financial processes across multiple sites Build, mentor, and lead an accounting team across locations What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Strong background in manufacturing finance and cost accounting Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities Experience working within ERP systems Ability to partner with operations and influence business decisions Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred) Interested in hearing more?
