This role supports both installation and service work while ensuring high-quality customer experience and system reliability. Responsibilities include installation, programming, troubleshooting, and customer support across commercial environments. Key Responsibilities Install and service commercial alarm systems Install alarm devices, panels, and accessories Program and configure alarm systems Test systems to ensure proper functionality Diagnose and repair system issues and connectivity problems Train customers on system usage and best practices Complete service reports and document all work performed Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations Qualifications 2+ years of experience in electronic security or alarm systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently at customer sites Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience with PC hardware/software, networking, and databases (preferred) Valid driver's license (no restrictions) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Preferred Certifications (not required) Honeywell DMP Bosch Interested in hearing more?
