We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Project Engineer for Commercial Tenant Improvements (TI) in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in Class A Office, aerospace, defense, life sciences, lab, cleanroom, and Commercial TI projects. This role involves working on a diverse range of projects, providing technical support to the project management team, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Assisting in the planning, management, and execution of Commercial TI projects in various sectors such as Class A Office, aerospace, defense, life sciences, lad, and cleanroom. 2. Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that project objectives are met. 3. Reviewing and interpreting project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure project accuracy and completeness. 4. Providing technical support and solutions to the project management team to resolve any construction-related issues. 5. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules. 6. Ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and regulations. 7. Conducting site inspections and monitoring project progress to ensure that quality standards are met. 8. Participating in project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders on project status. 9. Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Proven experience in Commercial TI projects and knowledge of Class A Office, aerospace, defense, life sciences, lad, and cleanroom construction. 4. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. 5. Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in construction software and tools. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. 8. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
