This firm has experience with land surveying, civil engineering, traffic control, inspections, all throughout the BWI area. This position is for a billing specialist that can interface successfully with project managers. job costing and billing data within Deltek preparing, reviewing, and issues T&M and lump sum invoices Ensuring compliance within contract terms and client requirements Making sure internal controls are on point assist with project set up, billing set up and scheduling, tracking, recording, projuect close out, and billing related communication Monthly invoicing as it relates to the project Review invoices for accuracy Process invoices accuractely Enter Billing and admin data into Deltek Distribute ad hoc reports to the project managers Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction accounting or project accounting Strong v look ups and pivot tables Deltek experience is a nice to have but not required Interested in hearing more?
