Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. 2. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to trusts and estates. 3. Conducting legal research and analysis of complex estate and trust law issues. 4. Representing clients in probate court proceedings. 5. Advising clients on tax law issues related to estate planning and wealth preservation. 6. Assisting clients in establishing charitable trusts and other philanthropic initiatives. 7. Developing strategies for asset protection and wealth preservation. Qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney. 4. Extensive knowledge of trusts, wills, power of attorney, legal research, probate law, tax law, wealth preservation planning, will drafting, charitable trusts, and asset protection. 5.
