Pay: $50,000 - $95,000+/year

Two Locations: Orlando, FL (SW Orlando and UCF area)

Position Type: W-2 Employee Full-Time or Part-Time Hybrid

At Growing Branches Counseling, we are a expanding, heart-centered relational and trauma therapy group practice serving Central Florida. With a thriving Dr. Phillips location (since 2017) and our new UCF area location, we are building something special. And we want the right clinicians to grow with us.

Who We're Looking For

• Enjoy working with individuals, couples, families-and maybe especially kids & teens

Bonus points if you're trained in:

EMDR, Couples Therapy/Emotion Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Brainspotting or DBT

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Help clients heal trauma and build stronger relationships
• Use (or be trained in) EMDR and other evidence-based modalities
• Build a full caseload within 3-6 months
• Be part of a practice that blends clinical excellence with real human connection
• EMDR training required (within 6 months if not already trained).

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, MFT, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in Florida
• Passion for trauma and relational work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive, compassionate care
