Extensive experience in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and K-12 education. Experience in detention center construction will be an added advantage. 3. Strong knowledge of concrete work and other construction methods and materials. 4. Proficiency in managing field operations and self-perform work teams. 5. A solid understanding of OHSA 10-HR safety guidelines and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on the job site. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best. 8.
