Consistent pipeline of local projects - minimal overnight travel Leadership team that empowers Superintendents to run their jobs Strong field support, organized project management, and realistic schedules Competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term stability Opportunity to work for a contractor that values craftsmanship, safety, and accountability Job Details What You'll Be Doing: Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and daily field operations Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Work closely with Project Managers to track progress, schedules, and costs Conduct site meetings and serve as the primary field contact for stakeholders Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans, specs, and company standards What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a general contractor Background in commercial construction (retail, industrial, office, or similar) Strong knowledge of scheduling, means & methods, and subcontractor coordination Proven ability to lead crews, hold subs accountable, and keep projects on track OSHA knowledge and a safety-first mindset Strong communication and organizational skills Interested in hearing more?
