Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Use your sales skills to promote our products and services to customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their specific needs. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of our products and services. Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the company. Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your sales and customer service skills. Qualifications: Proven experience as a call center representative or sales representative for at least 2 years in luxury or hospitality services. Strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and professional. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
