As a Business Development Associate, you'll receive training to strengthen client relationships and drive sales of Frontier Internet and TV. The Business Development Associate will identify opportunities for service upgrades and provide top-notch support and sales. Core Functions of the Business Development Associate Walk families through Frontier's upgrade benefits in person, showing how fiber's speeds support smart home devices and boosting residential sales confidence. Highlight Frontier's no hidden fee structure and flexible TV bundles during home visits, creating transparent sales conversations that resonate with residents. Break down fiber advantages into simple, everyday improvements to keep sales messaging clear and non technical. Use Frontier's early footprint in new build outs to secure premium accounts quickly, strengthening territory sales performance. Guide customers through the full sales process, from checking availability to confirming installation dates in one seamless visit. Monitor competitor promotions so Frontier remains the strongest choice during face to face sales discussions. Education & Experience Needed for the Business Development Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in areas such as retail, sales, or client support is a plus. Driven to understand account growth tactics and neighborhood based outreach. Ready to develop client relationship skills through daily resident interactions.
