Locums CRNA in Lexington, KY up to $240/hr willing to license

Aya locums is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide locum services in Lexington, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment at a prestigious Level 1 Trauma Center. Coverage is needed starting August 17, 2026 and ongoing for 13 weeks (with options to extend).

Job Details:

• Case Types: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro. (Includes NORA; No OB or Neonatal).
  

• Schedule: Flexible full-time options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. Facility preference is 4x10s (7:00 AM 5:30 PM).

• Support: Medically directed (typically 1:2 or 1:3 ratio).

• EMR System: EPIC

Requirements:

• Board Certification: NBCRNA Required.

• State License: Kentucky license required (WILLING TO LICENSE).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a large medical center; recent Level 1 Trauma experience is required.

• Skills: Proficiency in Intubation, Central Lines, and Arterial lines.
