Ability to obtain a state pesticide applicator's license (paid training and certification provided for non-licensed new hires). 4. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical labor, including extensive walking, lifting to 50 pounds, and carrying a backpack sprayer, for extended periods of time. 5. Ability to climb ladders when necessary for inspections or applications. 6. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols. 7. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to work independently while adhering to company procedures and best practices. 9. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Evolve, Paylocity, and other mobile technology used for reporting and scheduling. 11.
