Develop and initiate management plans for clients Assessment of client's lake and/or pond with the ability to initiate the appropriate management protocol Water and sediment sampling Aquatic plant sampling and identification Installation of aeration systems, and decorative fountains Qualifications: Associate's Degree or higher in Biology, Water Resources, Fisheries related course study, or equivalent work experience Strong leadership and team building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Experience with regulatory compliance and inspections Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Bend at waist and/or knees and lift arms over shoulders Ability to work in all weather conditions Sitting for extended periods of time with ability to use a keyboard Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple health plans to choose from, including the ability to participate in an HSA.
