Job Description
The Office Assistant supports daily office operations through a structured, task-based workflow managed in our Project Management Software. This role is responsible for maintaining administrative accuracy, supporting onboarding and compliance processes, coordinating billing-related tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The Office Assistant works closely with leadership, field staff, the Tech Assistant, and other administrative team members to ensure operations are efficient, organized, and compliant. Responsibilities are completed on a recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in alignment with established standard operating procedures. The Office Assistant manages a consistent set of responsibilities across administrative support, operations, compliance, onboarding, and reporting, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
