Associate Attorney

Join one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country. Weiner Law, a San Diego-based firm recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to support its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to manage a diverse caseload, including civil litigation and trust and probate disputes, while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You'll gain hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and the ability to take ownership of cases from early stages through resolution.

$140,000 - $220,000 per year DOE

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation and probate litigation matters from intake through pre-trial
• Represent clients in disputes involving trusts, estates, and related matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Communicate directly with clients, providing legal guidance and strategic advice
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to meet deadlines and achieve client goals

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license and residency in California required
• 4+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or probate litigation
• Strong litigation skills, including courtroom advocacy and negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
