Contract Length: Ongoing until a permanent hire is made
Shift Details: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day

• Fort Wayne, IN
• Anderson, IN
• Lafayette, IN

Work Details:

• Support Staff: Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs), Dental Assistants, and Hygienists
• EMR: Dentrix

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience required
• Procedures: Restorative and general dentistry procedures
• License Required: Active IN license without restrictions

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks

Travel: This is an ALL-INCLUSIVE rate; specific travel costs are included.
