Legal Assistant/Paralegal - New Providence NJ - $65k- $75k Midsized law firm, located in New Providence, NJ, seeks an experienced legal assistant/paralegal to support Managing Partner specializing in labor and employment law. Candidates must be well organized and able to manage a very busy calendar. There is heavy coordination of meetings and schedules as well as related clerical and administrative duties of a legal nature. A perceptive person with effective communication skills would do well here. Five years experience an accredited New Jersey law firm is required. Paralegal certification is preferred.
