Rocktown Transport LLC is hiring CDL A Local Tanker Drivers in Harrisonburg, VA. Drivers will be safely delivering multiple loads of sucrose from Harrisonburg VA to Mount Crawford VA daily. - Average gross weekly pay: $1,750
- Weekday (M-F) daily pay: $280
- Weekend (Sat & Sun) daily pay: $325
- Bonuses:
- Sign on bonus: $1,500 paid after 45 days employed
- Driver referral bonus: $1,500 paid after 30 days, $500 paid after 120 days

- Home time: Home daily
- Schedule: 13 days on, 1 day off
- Off every other Saturday
- Shift: Day shift, 10:00am start time
- 5-6 hours per day
- Route: From Harrisonburg VA to Mount Crawford VA
- 5-6 loads per day
- Level of Touch: Drivers will be using hoses to unload the sucrose into storage tankers & must be able to climb on top of tankerEquipment
- Late model Peterbilt and Kenworth Trucks
- Manual transmission
- Inward & outward facing camerasQualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Must have tanker endorsement or be willing to obtain
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Harrisonburg, VA or be willing to relocate for this position
