Pleasant, MI BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY: The On-Site Service Specialist level 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and inventory management at large, dedicated customer locations. This role supports procurement, order placement, and the management of MSC ControlPoint Solutions-including Vending, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and Crib systems.
