• Schedule: 4 days per week preferred, daytime hours with limited evening call
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities (Post?Acute Care)
• Type of Cases: Compliance?driven visits and chronic disease management
• Credentialing: Fast?track 48 72 hours after risk approval

• Board Certified (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
• Licensure: North Carolina license or ability to obtain
