Operational responsibilities such as marketing, billing, systems, and growth strategy are discussed and decided collaboratively among partners, while execution is handled centrally-allowing partners to stay focused on leadership and patient care.
Illustrative Example:
A practice producing $1.8M annually may be valued at $3.6M as part of the larger group. A 50/50 partner purchasing 50% of the equity might invest approximately $800K, with that equity immediately valued at roughly $1.8M.
Financial alignment is designed to reward long-term commitment and performance. Specific financial details are shared only after mutual interest and alignment are established.
