Locum Emergency Medicine Physician Cambridge, OH

Seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for ongoing locum coverage in Cambridge, Ohio. The facility is looking for providers able to commit to a minimum of 5 shifts per month with ongoing availability for 12+ months. Start date is as soon as credentialed.

• Annual ED Volume: 24 500 visits

• Average Daily Volume: patients

• ED Beds: 17

• EMR: Meditech

• Transfer Rate: 4.9%

• Primary Transfer Centers: Riverside, Grant, Genesis, OSU, and Aultman (OB)

Scheduling

• Physician Shifts: 7a 7p, 7p 7a (12-hour shifts)

• APP Coverage: 9a 9p, 11a 11p, 2p 2a

• Providers must be available for nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (ABMS/AOA).

• Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain via IMLC.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience.

• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP.

• COVID vaccination required.

• Clean background and malpractice history required.

• Self-query NPDB required at name clear.
